Shipping information

Orders are made, packed and shipped Monday to Friday. The jewellery is made by hand from the moment the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekend and on holidays are made on the next business day. You will receive the product within a maximum of 10 working days. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

Our main logistics provider is PostNL, however we reserve the right to make use of another logistics provider when necessary. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number. Please note that shipping outside The Netherlands is not included in the price displayed in the shop, but is calculated as an additional charge. If the product is damaged during international shipment the seller will not be held responsible. If the item you have ordered is out of stock or does not meet our standard of quality, we will notify you by email and refund your payment within 30 days of being advised that the item has become unavailable.

Tracking your shipment

You will receive an e-mail and/or sms with your tracking number once the order has been shipped, and/or when it arrives at your final pick up location.

Please note that any extra taxes and duties due to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of delivery, without stating a reason for doing so, provided that the product has not been worn/used, is undamaged and with the original and undamaged packaging.All products purchased at our webshop are delivered with a security tag. Please note that we will not accept any return where the tag is broken. ORIGINAL WRAPPING AND HANDTAG MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN. Refunds will be paid to your bank account and normally take 4 to 6 business days after we receive your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you want to exchange for another size, please email your size request to info@jadejackets.com and if we have it in stock, we will reserve it for you. For your warranty info, please see below.

Return Process

Put the piece of jewellery in the original packaging and bring it to a PostNL office. Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number and, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem. Send the package to Margot Atelier, Kloveniersburgwal 24A, 1012CV Amsterdam. The full price of the piece of jewellery will be refunded as quickly as possible to the account used to purchase the order. The returned shipping costs are not refunded.

If you wish to exchange his item(s), he/she will have to send an email to info@margotjewellery.com and ask for a compensation as a voucher, then we will create a voucher with a value of the goods returned + returned shipping costs.

Cancellation

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@margotjewellery.com. We will make every effort to cancel your order. However, if your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we will follow the returns policy.

Warranty information

Our simple mission is to build the best products possible. Margot Jewellery warrants all products to be free of defects in the material or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If a Margot Jewellery’ product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. Before returning any product, you must contact Margot Jewellery by phone or e-mail to obtain a return instructions. We will ship back to you free of charge! Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.

Important note:

Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.
