These are the terms and conditions of Max Ventures KVK 63781794, margotjewellery.com and margotjewellery.com, incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands and has its registered office on the Celebesstraat 3 1094EJ Amsterdam, The Netherlands, represented by its statutory director Margot Hoogendoorn, hereinafter referred to as Margot Jewellery.

Changes to the terms and conditions
Margot Jewellery reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this agreement or any changes we make to this agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Margot Jewellery site immediately.
Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the item purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
Price changes
Margot Jewellery reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, Margot Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the order – notifications will be sent.
Change of product assortment
Margot Jewellery reserves the right to change its stock availability on the website and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
Product information
We do our best to make sure that the content on our website is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur. Please note that we have made every effort to render colours accurately. However, due to the display and colour capabilities of the computer monitor, the colour and/or representation might not be exactly the same as the actual item. We cannot be responsible for the colour accuracy of the computer monitor.

Shopping, shipping and warrenty information
Shopping
Only customers with a valid European address may place orders in this webshop. Unfortunately we are currently not able to deliver our product outside of Europe. In terms of payment, the payment on the website is processed by iDeal. Prices are stated in EURO’s. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are, for example, unable to obtain authorization for your payment. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Registration
Margot Jewellery is registered (NUMBER), and operates out of The Netherlands, under Dutch law. The Netherlands is inside of the European Union (EU), hence we have no customs barriers when shipping products to our EU customers. Outside of The Netherlands we ship our products FCA (Free Carrier) to our customers. Margot Jewellery is also registered as a VAT (sales tax) applicable company in The Netherlands (NUMBER) – our customs point of entry when shipping our goods. Therefore all shipments to our customers will be automatically invoiced with the Dutch sales tax of 21% included in the prices. The sales tax may most likely not be refundable or deductible in your country, local exceptions may apply.
Warranty information
Our simple mission is to build the best products possible. Margot Jewellery warrants all products to be free of defects in the material or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If a Margot Jewellery’ product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. The Warranty Process:
Before returning any product, you must contact Margot Jewellery by phone or e-mail to obtain a return instructions. We will ship back to you free of charge! Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
Important note:
Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.
